PRIVACY
POLICY.
Last updated October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Double Loop Mktg LC (“Double Loop,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information submitted through doubleloopmktg.com (the “Site”).
Information we collect
- Onboarding form: name, email, cell number, home address, headshot photo, date of birth, manager, optional bank routing and account numbers, and optional LLC information.
- Area request form: name, email, phone, requested area, map coordinates, preferred provider, team size and notes.
- Technical data: like most websites, our host records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested). We store a one-way hashed version of your IP address with form submissions to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To onboard you as a member of the Double Loop sales team, including setting up payroll and direct deposit.
- To request badges and provider credentials needed to sell on behalf of our provider partners. This may require sharing your name, contact details, headshot and identity details with those providers or their vendors, only as needed for credentialing.
- To review and respond to area requests.
- To contact you about your onboarding, training and work with Double Loop.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect onboarding data
- The Site uses HTTPS to encrypt data in transit.
- Your date of birth and bank routing/account numbers are encrypted on our server as soon as we receive them, and copied over an encrypted connection to our private onboarding records in Google Workspace, which only authorized Double Loop staff can open.
- Submissions are stored on our server in a private location that is not publicly accessible from the web, and in a private Google Sheet and Google Drive folder.
- Email notifications about new submissions contain only your name, email, phone, manager and a submission ID, never your date of birth or bank information.
- Access is limited to Double Loop staff who need it for onboarding and payroll.
Retention
We keep onboarding information for as long as needed to onboard you, run payroll and meet legal, tax and provider requirements, then delete or securely archive it. You may ask us to delete information you submitted that we are not required to keep.
Third-party services
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on the Area Request page, map tiles and address search from OpenStreetMap, Photon (Komoot) and the U.S. Census Geocoder. Those services may receive your IP address when your browser requests them. Onboarding submissions, including your headshot, are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Drive), which we use to manage onboarding and payroll.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. You can choose not to submit the onboarding form, but we need that information to onboard you.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
